I was very happy with my highlander and decided to upgrade, but was disappointed. The inside of the car feels smaller, the ride is not as smooth, the seats are not as comfortable and it is very loud in the car now.
Also GPS is no longer standard on the car in and the easy access to the trunk button is no longer there. You are expected to use android auto now. Also wireless charging did not come with my car even thought I was informed it would.
Love this SUV! We are happy with this purchase and really enjoy this car. Its perfect for large familes and the 8 seats have come in handy many times already.
